• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a current employee or contractor of g2g899.
• Your use of the Platform is consistent with all laws and regulations applicable to you in your country, state, or territory of residence.

To access the gaming and betting services offered by g2g899, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. The following rules apply to the creation and use of your Account:

1. One Account Per Person: Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Creating duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether in your own name or in the name of a third party — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension or closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and must update this information promptly if it changes. g2g899 reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying any information provided at any time.
3. Login Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. g2g899 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
4. Account Security: You must notify g2g899 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any other breach of security. g2g899 shall not be liable for any loss arising prior to notification.
5. Identity Verification (KYC): Before processing any withdrawal, g2g899 requires players to complete a KYC verification process. This requires submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad or current passport) and, in some cases, proof of address or proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

All financial transactions on the g2g899 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). g2g899 supports the following payment methods for players in Malaysia:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay — minimum deposit RM30, processing time instant.
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow — minimum deposit RM30, processing time instant.
• Online Banking via FPX: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect — minimum deposit RM50, processing time 5–15 minutes.

The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

1. Deposits are credited to your Account balance once the payment has been confirmed by the respective payment provider. g2g899 does not charge any fees on deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
2. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. g2g899 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
3. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 minutes for e-wallets and DuitNow following KYC verification. Processing times for FPX bank transfers may take up to one business day.
4. g2g899 does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
5. Any funds suspected of originating from illegal activity, money laundering, or fraud will be frozen pending investigation. g2g899 co-operates fully with relevant authorities in all such matters.
6. g2g899 reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum transaction limits, which may vary by payment method, account tier, and jurisdiction.

g2g899 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions offered on the Platform. Where a specific promotion has additional terms, those terms are provided on the relevant promotion page and take precedence over these general provisions.

1. Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. Welcome bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 20x to 30x the bonus amount. Reload bonuses carry a 15x wagering requirement. The 2% cryptocurrency deposit bonus carries a 10x wagering requirement. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the promotional validity period specified.
2. Maximum Bet During Wagering: While a bonus wagering requirement remains active, the maximum permitted bet per round or per bet slip is RM50, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms. Bets placed in excess of this limit while a bonus is active may be voided at g2g899's discretion.
3. Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and sports betting may contribute at reduced rates as specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
4. Bonus Eligibility: Bonuses are intended for recreational players. g2g899 reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its sole discretion, particularly where there is evidence of bonus abuse, professional wagering strategies, or collusion.
5. Expiry: Unclaimed or unmet bonus wagering requirements will expire as specified in each promotion's individual terms. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be removed from the account balance without notice.
6. Withdrawal Precedence: Upon requesting a withdrawal, any active bonus amounts and associated winnings that have not met their wagering requirement will be forfeited unless the Player explicitly opts out of the bonus prior to making the withdrawal request.

The following general rules apply to all wagering activity conducted on the g2g899 Platform, including sports betting, slot games, live casino, poker, lottery, and all other game types:

1. All bets placed are final once confirmed by the system. Players are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of their selections before confirming any wager.
2. g2g899 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed after an event has commenced (except for designated in-play markets), placed on an event with manifest pricing errors, or placed in circumstances that constitute an abuse of the platform.
3. Sports betting markets are subject to their own sport-specific rules, which are published within the sportsbook section of the Platform. These include rules governing match abandonment, postponements, result verification timelines, and settlement procedures.
4. All slot and table game outcomes are generated by independently tested, certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. The results of all completed games are final and not subject to reversal except in cases of demonstrable software error.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the g2g899 Platform. Engaging in any of the conduct described below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, and forfeiture of all associated balances, in addition to any applicable legal remedies:

• Registering or using an account if you are under the age of 21 years.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts on the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using any software, algorithm, bot, script, or automated system to interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by g2g899.
• Exploiting any bug, glitch, or software vulnerability in the Platform's games or systems, whether or not such exploitation results in financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.

• Engaging in systematic exploitation of promotional offers, including but not limited to bonus stacking, multi-accounting for promotional gain, or participating in coordinated bonus abuse schemes.

All content published on the g2g899 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, user interface, graphics, text, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software code, and structural layout — is the proprietary property of g2g899 or its content and software licensors and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from g2g899.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or automated extraction tools on the Platform's content or data feeds.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or game mechanics accessible through the Platform.
• Frame, mirror, or republish any portion of the Platform on any other website or digital platform.

Any unauthorised use of the Platform's intellectual property may result in account termination and civil or criminal legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, g2g899 excludes all liability for any loss or damage of any kind arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of access to the Platform or its services.
• Any error, omission, inaccuracy, or technical failure in game outcomes, odds, or results.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any loss arising from reliance on information published on the Platform.

g2g899's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit g2g899's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for any other liability which cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

• Failure to complete or pass the KYC identity verification process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Receipt of a legal or regulatory directive requiring account closure.
• Prolonged account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination of an Account for breach of these Terms, g2g899 shall be entitled to forfeit all balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals associated with that Account. Where an Account is closed for legitimate reasons unrelated to Terms violation, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe following satisfactory completion of the KYC process.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting the g2g899 support team. Any remaining verified real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal upon account closure.

g2g899 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior individual notification to Players. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any updated Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to any modification, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which g2g899 holds its international online gaming licence.

All disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies of that jurisdiction. Players agree to submit to the jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue or jurisdiction that may otherwise apply.

For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this clause diminishes any statutory rights you may have under the laws of Malaysia that cannot be contractually excluded or restricted.
